If for some reason you receive a defective product from us, you may be able to return the same and get a refund for it. You can do so only for certain products where there is a visible defect or damage in the product material. Moreover, you must send us an original unboxing video as proof of unboxing which must show the damage on the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return request.
